15 yr. Warranty Moisture Treatment System
Tri-Co applies a two part epoxy system and self-leveling underlayment guaranteed to control moisture vapor emissions to 3 lbs. or less. Job specific warranty certified by the manufacturer to cover labor and material (and future floor covering).

Epoxy Coatings
Thin-mil and broadcast systems in flat lay or self-coved installations. These products offer low maintenance and excellent stain resistance. Services also include installation of static dissipative epoxies. Applications range from warehouse floors to manufacturers’ high-tech clean rooms. Fiberglass reinforced wall systems available as well.

Ceramic Tile/Stone/Concrete Tile
Interior & exterior floors or walls in premium thin-set or mud-bed installations. Tri-Co installs commercial kitchens and restrooms as well as exotic mosaics, stones, specialty tiles and earth friendly concrete tiles. Concrete tiles may be ordered with high recycled content, and earth friendly information is available upon request.

Concrete Restoration with Trowel-on and Self-Leveling Underlayments
Patching, smoothing & ramping of existing sub-floors prior to the installation of floor covering as well as cementicious self-leveling toppings. Tri-Co has been pouring self-leveling toppings typically ranging ¼” to 4” deep, since the 1980’s. Fast-track installation backed by manufacturer’s 10 yr. material warranty is ideal for time sensitive projects.

Hardwood Flooring
Pre-finished hardwoods, wood laminates, and cork flooring, are offered in domestic and exotic species. Some selections are available with an extra heavy-duty wear surface (aluminum oxide fortified sealers) . Tri-Co’s experienced sales staff is well-versed in the complexities of which products are truly earth friendly and can help specify on Leed certified projects.

Conductive Resilient Tile & Carpet
Dissipates electrical charge through grounding straps, allowing an acceptable level for sensitive manufacturing equipment, computers and tele-data rooms.

Resilient Flooring
Product lines offered are linoleum, sheet vinyl (self-coved and flat laid), rubber & specialty sports floors, solid vinyl tile, VCT (vinyl composition tile), rubber stair treads & risers, and base. Tri-Co’s intallers have been trained by manufacturers and are experts in specialties such as heat-welding and inlays. Green products include rubber flooring with a high recycle content, bio-based tile, linoleum, cork and PVC free vinyl.

Carpet
Floor & wall carpet in glued direct, pad and double-stick pad installations. Tri-Co’s experienced installers are proficient in installations of broadloom carpet, carpet tile, pattern matching, and upholstery work.

FRP Wall Panels
Fiberglass reinforced protective wall paneling is available as a standard product or in a fire-rated paneling system for commercial kitchen/cook areas.
